Return and refund policy
We offer a 15-day return policy. If 15 days have passed since the delivery date, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund. To be eligible for a return and request a refund, it is essential to follow these steps:- Send an email to thejewelrymemories@gmail.com to inform us of your return. Without this email, your return cannot be accepted.
Your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. Any item showing signs of wear will not be eligible for a refund.
Specific conditions for jewelry:
- Personalized jewelry with initials: Exchanges are not possible for personalized jewelry with initials. However, in the event of a malfunction or defect (such as breakage or any other problem), you have 15 days to request a refund. This jewelry also comes with a 2-month warranty for any repairs in case of a technical defect.
- Jewelry without initials: Exchanges are possible within 15 days. This jewelry is also guaranteed for repairs for 2 months only. In case of malfunction, you have 15 days to request a refund.
- Free or discounted items are neither returnable nor exchangeable. If your jewelry was part of a bundle promotion (e.g., buy 2 get 1 free), the entire bundle must be returned for a full refund.
- Boxes and gift sets cannot be returned or exchanged.
Return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Refund (if applicable)
Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will send you an email to confirm receipt. We will also inform you of our decision regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request.
If your request is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a few days.
Late or missing refund (if applicable)
If you haven't received your refund yet, please check your bank account again first. Then, contact your credit card company, as there may be a delay before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often a processing time before a refund is posted.
